What documents do I need for vehicle registration renewal?

For vehicle registration renewal, you will need the following:

  • Your current registration card
  • DMV mail notice
  • Knowing your licence plate number 
  • Or picture of lic plate number 

We might need proof of insurance if its being requested by DMV and also possible smog will be needed if its been two years since your last smog .

How long does a title transfer take?

The title transfer process can be done the same day if we have all documents we need on hand :

  • Title 
  • Smog
  • ID
  • Bill of sales (if needed)

We reccomend you give us a call to verify we dont need additional paperwork or smog. We have inventory in our office so theres no wait time to recieve your credentials in the mail.

What is VIN verification?

VIN verification is a quick process used to confirm the unique 17-character vehicle identification number. Its used when a vehicle is coming from another state to verify its the correct vehicle and it meets CA standards , also to fix error on milage or if requested by DMV. 

Duplicate Title

This is used in situations where you misplace your title or it has been damaged and need to get a copy.

We can request a replacement and you will recieve it in the mail with an updated address within 2-6 weeks .
